OUR PROGRAMS

Choose the Program That’s Right for Your Child.

6-12 months

This 4-week program teaches infants 6-12 months to roll from a face down or submerged position onto their backs to relax and breathe, while fully clothed. Lessons are one-on-one, 4 days a week, 10 minutes long for 4 consecutive weeks.

1-3 Years Old

This 6-week program teaches toddlers the swim-float-swim sequence. Children will learn to swim (kick) a short distance with face fully submerged, roll onto their back to float and rest whenever they need to breathe, and flip back onto their tummy to continue to swim to safety while fully clothed. The swim-float-swim sequence serves as the foundation for future stroke development. Lessons are one-on-one, 4 days a week, 10 minutes long for 6 consecutive weeks.

4-6 Years Old

This 3 week program is for children 4 to 6 years old. Because older children have more stamina and longer attention spans, their private lessons are 20 minutes long. Children will learn to perform the swim-float-swim sequence for 10-20 yards in preparation for introductory stroke technique. They will be able to perform all of their skills while fully clothed. Lessons are one-on-one, 4 days a week for 3 consecutive weeks.

Maintenance

Once your child is developmentally ready, they will learn elementary backstroke, backstroke, and freestyle One-on-one lessons offered once or twice a week, depending on needs and goals. 10-20 minute lesson.

Your child’s potential is in there.
